Public Bank Cardmember Further 10% Discount On Pavilion Boutiques

Public Bank cardmembers can now dress to the nines with a further 10% on in-store discounts of up to 70% off at four merchants in Pavilion – EQ:IQ, Stage, Joan &David, and FrancescoBiasia. It is a pity only four boutiques offer such additional discounts considering how big Pavilion is.
